WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

All tickets are non-refundable; however you may reschedule ONCE for a later date/time at no charge if you contact us prior to your appointment.

HOW DO I GET TICKETS?

You can buy tickets online or you can buy tickets at the door, which are subject to availability. Booking online is the only way to guarantee your appointment time.

ARE WALK-INS WELCOME?

Online orders are highly recommended and guaranteed. Walk-ins are based on availability and not guaranteed. To ensure entry when you arrive, please book online.

WHEN DO I ARRIVE? IS THERE A TIME LIMIT?

Please arrive 5-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so we can check you in and connect your phone to a Bluetooth remote. You will receive one hour of studio time and can take as many photos as you like within the hour!

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay. No cash or checks, please.

ARE YOU KID FRIENDLY?

We are definitely child friendly and promise participants of all ages will have fun!

IF I BRING MY CHILD AND WANT TO WATCH, WILL I NEED TO PAY?

Children 3 and under are free. Non-Participants of children under 3 will be charged an admission fee of $15.

DO I HAVE TO STAY WITH MY KID OR CAN I LEAVE THEM?

We highly recommend that children under the age of 12 have an adult present.

WHAT IF I ONLY USE THIRTY MINUTES INSTEAD OF THE FULL HOUR? CAN I COME BACK AND USE THE OTHER THIRTY MINUTES AT A LATER TIME?

Your ticket can only be used once as we are not able to split your studio time between two sessions.

ARE FOOD AND BEVERAGES ALLOWED INSIDE?

Food and beverages are not allowed inside so please finish all food and drink prior to entering Selfie WRLD Xtreme.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?

Please bring your fully charged phone/camera and good vibes. We have 2 dressing rooms so feel free to bring a change of clothes, too. We have 6 lockers to store your items.

CAN I BRING MY PROFESSIONAL CAMERA?

Absolutely! You may bring your DSLR camera but we do not allow any extra photography equipment without prior permission.

CAN I BRING MY PET?

We allow pets on certain days. Check out our Instagram for dates.

DO YOU HOST PRIVATE EVENTS?

DO YOU HAVE A RESTROOM?

Public restrooms are available in our facilities.

A lot of options, some cool concepts and very bright colors and accents. Great for a quick selfie/photo shoot. Affordable, convenience and modern layout for a mall location. 🔥🙌🏾

This is such a fun place! I really enjoyed taking pictures with my brother. I highly recommend coming here for any events! We just did it for the fun experience.

The sets are fantastic. The staff is incredible. But don’t get too comfy in the bathtub. When I was there it wasn’t fastened to the floor and flipped over on me. My head hurt the rest of the day.

This place is so cute!! I decided to splurge and order to get my photos done, but when I arrived the photographer wasn’t there. Avery was super sweet and refunded the money and took care of the rest for me! Thank you Avery!
